Social support from friends and family can help members get through stressful times. This is an opportunity for the members to share their feelings and experience during Covid-19 lockdown. It is necessary to keep communication going for the members who can talk about their personal experiences and pass on guidance to improve our members to relieve stress and anxiety.

Healthy living Seminars

This will include herbal medicine, mental health, hygiene, recycle and meditation seminars into this category to provide a healthier way of living and develop the harmony with the nature. Also redirect our community to other health and well-being service providers.
